]]>Komposa has been gracing us with his beats, gritty flows and lyricism for some years with his music aired and supported by various local and national radio outlets. Expect hard hitting flows and content, combined with Soulful Melodic sounds, whether accompanied by live instrumentation or set heavy beats, Komposa is on a mission to make you sit up and listen.
Lyandra is a UK born Nigerian rapper, performer, and recording artist who hails from bayelsa state, southern Nigeria. She was raised in port harcourt (rivers state) and spent most of her youth in Los Angeles, California, where she developed her music and performing arts, She now resides in Lagos where she’s rebuilding her brand. Lyandra has penchant for Afro hip-hop, drill and witty rap, delivering prolific lyrics, stage presence, and high energy performances.
CON is the moniker of Constance Bowes combining the best of modern jazz and popular Funk, to produce a distinct sound that highlights the juxtaposition of her colourful melodies and compassionate lyrics.

Coming up on the back of word-of-mouth live hype, drawing round the block queues to chaotic early gigs, before releasing any music – the band have consistently set themselves apart with their intoxicating ambition. An endless back and forth, with no give or take; A succession of vivid snapshots of modern Britain and the follies, foibles and frustrations of youth. The band calls to mind a loving but fractious family, bickering one minute, weeping with laughter the next.

]]>Blending the power, energy, and melody of reggae with the lyricism of hip hop.
A key pillar of the Reggae Revival movement, Kabaka Pyramid carved his way into the Jamaican reggae scene with Rebel Music in 2011. His hip hop roots were evident in the lyrical style and hard-hitting beats, laying the foundation for an ever-ascending career highlighted by the Grammy winning album “The Kalling” produced by role model Damian “Jr Gong” Marley.
Kabaka is well known for delivering an electrifying and entertaining live performance.

]]>Connecting the unlikely dots between hip-hop, blockbuster pop and bugged-out storytelling, it’s a chemistry that explodes on debut album Welcome The Night. Here is a humorous soundtrack to the end of the world, but one designed to allow a disenfranchised generation some comfort amidst life’s incoherence. Despite such existential questions, there appears at least one clear answer: increasingly, it’s impossible to mistake a Sad Night Dynamite song for anyone else.

]]>With their live-instrumentation-meets-electronic merging of styles, the group were always broader than the ‘new UK jazz’ tag which they were often given, but here their scope and boundary-pushing ambition is more evident than ever before. Still maintaining a blend of spiritual jazz, dub, experimental and electronic soundscapes, here those elements are vigorously whipped-up into huge cyclones of sound, more song-based and accessible than before, but also almost psychedelic in its euphonic blend of colours, textures, facets and moods.

Holter’s music is multi-layered and texturally rich, often featuring an array of instruments played by an ensemble of creative musicians. She has amassed a body of work that explores melody within free song structures, atmosphere, and the impulses of the voice.

Their brand of feel-good funk and hyped-up hip-hop has seen them clock up A List status and numerous 'Album of The Day’ gongs at BBC 6 Music, and soundtrack a whole host of international ad campaigns. Year in, year out, they’ve sharpened their skills in the studio, dropping one dynamite LP after another. 2024 sees them cut the ribbon on their seventh all-star album Breakthrough. Full to the brim with party-starting heat, the record showcases their never-ending knack for turning out soul-sampling bangers, and deep infectious grooves. Due to popular demand, they’ll be assembling their crack team of musical collaborators once more, and hitting the road with a high-octane live show to bring their music to life. Joining them on stage, as always, is LA rap legend, Andy Cooper The mighty pipes of soul sensation, Marietta Smith, and the blazing horns of sax supremo, James Morton.
Together, they’ve earned a rep for their dynamite crowd-rocking. And, with this new material in the bag, it looks like they’ll be raising the roof even higher this year.
