Lucy's latest album, Home Video, is built on an interrogation of her coming-of age years in Richmond, Virginia. Many of the songs start the way a memoir might, full of compassion, humour, and honesty. Bringing detail to her often vague, nostalgic lyrics, Home Video brings a vulnerability with lower and more contained melodies.

As suited to home listening as he is a dark club, we could not be more ecstatic to have this show and to welcome Leon to Bristol.

London based NTS resident and all round top selector re:ni joins the line-up after having an incredible few years building her reputation as one of the finest around. After a killer Dekmantel Boiler Room with Darwin, regular shows across Europe, and her steady radio appearances, it’s no surprise that re:ni has heavy support from some of the scene’s biggest artists, promoters and clubs.

They formed in 2008, naming the band after the address of the flat they lived in: number 660. The band are about to accomplish a world first - performing to 50,000 people at New Zealand’s national stadium Eden Park. The gig will see the band play to a sold-out, non-socially-distanced crowd enjoying SIX60’s peerless live set, with one-off highlights sure to cement the night’s reputation as a momentous point in the global live music calendar.

Aldous Harding's latest release "Old Peel" dropped June 15, in the run up to her 2022 European tour. Igniting interest with her debut album, Harding quickly became known for her charismatic combination of talent, tenacity, and shrewd wit. First drawing praise for the gothic indie-folk and stark emotion of the 2015 release, the singer-songwriter later adopted a more off-kilter, indie-pop approach. "Old Peel" is Aldous Harding's third release from British independent label, 4AD.

Making some of the most exciting music in hip hop, Abstract Orchestra blend jazz orchestration with hip hop beats and MCs. The 18 piece, all star, big band create music that is both heavy and beautiful, pushing the boundaries of live hip hop. Abstract Orchestra explore original samples used in hip hop joints, orchestrated across the ensemble, masterfully reinterpreting the music of hip hop greats, such as J Dilla and MADVILLAIN.  The group have toured and recorded with the likes of MF DOOM, Slum Village, and Illa J and supported Yasiin Bey, Talib Kweli, and The Zulu Nation.

Taking influences from Quincy Jones, Lalo Schifrin, and David Shire, the arranger, Rob Mitchell sits somewhere between Madlib and Quincy Jones. With classic aspects of big band writing, a focus on improvisation, and mad respect for hip hop, this set is high-energy and high-octane head nods from start to finish.
