They’ve played Coachella and SXSW, opened for the Rolling Stones and appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live and The Late Show with David Letterman –and all with only one full length album, Half the City, under their belt. Follow-up Sea of Noise is out in September and will, the six-piece say, feature “the heart-pounding infusion of old-school R&B, soul, funk and rock that St Paul & The Broken Bones have built their reputation on”. They are, says The Independent, “renowned for going big on their live shows” with frontman Paul ‘ St Paul’ Janeway “melding a frenzied theatricalism with passionate slow-swaying soul”. This is a standing show.

Half The City is the compelling full-length Single Lock/Thirty Tigers debut of the Birmingham, Alabama-based sextet, who have already created a maelstrom of interest with their roof-raising live shows and self-released four-song 2012 EP. Produced by Ben Tanner of Alabama Shakes, and recorded and mixed in the storied R&B mecca of Muscle Shoals, Alabama, the album harkens back to the region’s classic soul roots while extending the form with electrifying potency.

“When St Paul and the Broken Bones emerged from their small-town-Alabama home and started playing shows, it was almost as if a fully realised group of old pros had stepped out of a time capsule from its Muscle Shoals’ heyday” (Village Voice).

On Half the City, the band’s debut, “St Paul (aka Paul Janeway) leads the charge of the soul-band, delivering truly amazing, gut-wrenching vocal performances”(PopMatters).

Grit, elemental rhythm, tight-as-a-drumhead playing, and a profound depth of feeling: these are the promises of a great soul band. And St. Paul & The Broken Bones deliver on those promises.

Widely known for his antics tackling dinosaurs, baby animals and being on safari, much loved children’s TV presenter Andy Day has another string to his bow. This is Andy Day the pop star! Andy has shown his musical credentials before via his hugely popular dinosaur raps, which have amassed a whopping 12 million views on YouTube and is undoubtedly one of the most popular children’s personalities in the UK.

Andy, and his brilliant band The Odd Socks, are an authentic band for all the family to enjoy. Created for young children with huge imaginations between the ages of 3 and 8, older children and parents have their favourite songs too. The fun packed live show is a unique and contemporary mix of rock, pop, rap and funk and was launched over the summer at family festivals including Glastonbury, Camp Bestival, Carfest for Children In Need, Port Eliot and Shambala. The reaction has been amazing, and word has spread fast with the band pulling in big crowds at all their shows.

The debut album ‘Who Invited This Lot?’ will be released on CD on the 20th October. With hilarious songs about Aliens, Rapping Robots, Dinosaur Footballers, Ninja Pigs and a Groovy Hoover, this is fun for all the family, and the most essential CD for any family car journey. Guaranteed to make any school run a much more enjoyable journey….or your money back! Cakes and Food

Smerin's are back with a new album. Yes that's right... a NEW ALBUM!!! 'Jelly Deals' is due for release in late April and to celebrate the occasion we've lined up a massive launch party at Bristol's Trinity Centre on Friday 12th May.
For the uninitiated, Smerin's Anti-Social Club have been firing up festival crowds and gig-goers across the land for the past 15 years with their inimitable blend of brass-heavy funk, swing, rock, drum ‘n’ bass, and ska. Although they’ve made ripples on the radio with releases such as their infamous dub rendition of the Doctor Who theme featuring killer vocals of the late great Tenor Fly, and thrilled fans with the willfully schizophonic self-released Primordial Cordial LP, it’s their enviable reputation as a live act that has long been winning this 8-piece band appearances at the country’s top festivals.

The Carny Villains

We're honoured to have our friends and sure-fire party starters The Carny Villains join us on the lineup. They've gone from strength to strength since they took Bristol by storm at the Invisible Circus's legendary Carny Ville events, and we can't wait to see what they been up to in the studio over the Winter months.

Known for their raucous blend of stomping swing, ska and Balkan-style folk played with the riotous energy of punk rock, The Carny Villains enigmatic and animated live shows are are always something to behold, punctuated by off the wal theatrics, humour and showmanship.

Dj Dad

Bristol's one and only DJ Dad will keep things flowing with his seemingly endless collection of great tunes.
