Sudan Archives - sold out

American Violinist, Singer and Songwriter

Sudan Archives, is an American violinist, singer, and songwriter based in Los Angeles, California. With their first Bristol show since the release of their new album 'Natural Brown Prom Queen' this is definitely not one to be missed!

Sudan Archives grew up in Cincinnati where she “messed around with instruments in the house” and took up violin in the fourth grade, teaching herself how to play the instrument by ear. When she discovered the violin playing style of Northeast Africa, her eyes opened to the possibilities of the instrument. She began mixing her violin into beats, fusing of folk music and electronic production.

+ support from All city Jimmy: James McCall, better known by his stage names Nocando and All City Jimmy, is an American rapper from Los Angeles, California.

The Den Socials 5-7pm: The Den Socials are our programme of free, outdoor social events, with music, bar snacks and drinks in our beautiful community garden. You are welcome to bring your own food. Why not come down early before the show and have a drink and a bite to eat?

Please note this is a standing event, accessible seating is available.

Last entry: 2 hours before curfew
