Come as you are: Yoga Lunch

Yoga & nutritious delicious food

Grace and Aimée’s goal is to create a friendly, welcoming community for people to connect with themselves, each other and eat some nutritious and delicious food.

This class will take inspiration from the Ashtanga primary series, incorporating asana (postures) to build both strength and flexibility. You will be guided through breathing exercises followed by sun salutations and sections of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary series. Aimée will bring along some journal prompts which will support you to reflect on anything that came up for you in the Yoga practice. Journaling is optional, you can just use this time to sit and reflect or have a tea and a natter with the wonderful people you will be sharing space with.Grace has put together a nourishing menu filled with seasonal ingredients. This picnic style meal will be self service style and you can sit on tables or blankets and cushions around the room - whatever you feel most comfortable with.

Suitable for beginners or to support those with an established practice.
