Unleash the power of your mind, let go of stress

Are you a busy mum struggling with the stress of juggling the needs of your family as well as your own? Would you like to learn scientifically proven techniques to help you remain calm during your day to day life? Yes?...Then join Esther. Esther is helping mums breathe, step back and create calm is vital for children and teenagers, experience in real time how to train your mind and create inner harmony.

What you'll learn:

  • Rules of the Mind - A quick overview of how and why thoughts are formed

  • Experience the power of your mind - This is a physical exercise where you will see in real time, how your thoughts control your body

  • Emptying out exercise- Using the journaling prompts I will provide before the session, we will categorise and begin reframing the stressors.

  • Breathing techniques - We all know mindful breathing is beneficial in everyday life, but how many of us take the time to do it regularly? Well, It's much easier in a group, especially when you can experiment to find the one that best works for you.

  • 10 minute guided bespoke Visualisation - Relax and let go of the stress of the day. If you've taken part in a visualisation before and been annoyed that you couldn't "see what was being described", please don't worry, I will guide you into a state of calm and relaxation, where you can let go and confidently let your mind and body take the journey it needs.

You will need to bring a mat to sit on and maybe a blanket and pillow.
