The Bristol Anarchist Bookfair
Returning to Trinity for the first time in nine years, BAB 2026 will bring together dozens of stalls, workshops, talks and panels from across the anarchist spectrum. It’s a day of solidarity and education, welcoming activists, organisers, writers, artists, locals and visitors to explore anarchist ideas and practice.
Browse thousands of books and zines on direct action, anti‑capitalism, climate justice, feminism, decolonization, workers’ rights, anti‑fascism and more. Hear perspectives on cyber security, rewilding, mental wellbeing, union organising, and dismantling systems of power at work, at home and in the state. Learn how to organise protests, build mutual aid networks, and even form a shield wall.
Whether you’re deeply involved or just curious about radical politics, you’ll find a warm, family‑friendly atmosphere with people from all walks of life connecting, debating and imagining new possibilities.
The venue is fully accessible, a kids’ space will run all day, and the first hour will prioritise a welcoming environment for those with sensory, mobility or covid‑related needs.
