Advanced Contemporary Dance Class
These classes are aimed at people with some experience in contemporary dance 16+.
The classes will incorporate a variety of floor and travelling sequences, lots of flying rolling melting jumping. A focus on alignment and posture.
Classes from 9:30 - 11:30am:
