Caring in Bristol Yoga Fundraiser

This fundraising yoga event is in aid of Caring in Bristol, an effective local charity working to deliver support to homeless and vulnerable people in Bristol 365 days a year.

The event brings together some of the South West's finest yoga teachers, performers and mindful practitioners in a series of mini workshops where each teacher will share their specialist knowledge in their field in fun, inspiring 30 minute sessions.

The day is designed to give you a taste of a wide variety of disciplines with people that have spent years mastering their craft, they will inspire you to develop your yoga practice or get inspired to begin one, help you try something you never thought possible or simply to move for a good cause.

On hand during the course of the event are local massage therapists Eric Ho, Kassia Portas and Simon Wright, taking donations for Caring in Bristol.

Eric and Kassia are trained in remedial and sports massage offering 35 minutes, for a minimum donation of £15 at specific time slots.

There is limited availability so you are encouraged to book.

These sessions will be done in a private dedicated room within the main venue on a massage table, you are advised to disrobe as required and as comfortable for the session.

We are also providing holistic massage, done clothed on a massage chair; this service is bookable on the day on a first come first served bases, times and donations to be discussed with our therapist Simon Wright.

Cost: £20 per ticket (£15 addition per massage)

100% of proceeds go to charity
