Reality Check Festival
The Reality Check Festival promotes the outstanding talents of people with lived experience of mental health. All the performers will have either lived experience of psychosis or lived experience of caring for someone with Psychosis.
The festival aims to fight stigma, promote hope, offer easy accessible information, inspiration, help and support.
We will have inspirational speakers talking about their lived experiences and how they have found recovery, musical acts, Information stalls from organisations such as the Princes Trust, Recovery college and rethink to name a few. There will also be food stalls, music workshops and mindfulness workshops, An interactive sports stall ran by Bristol rovers football club as well and much more.
The festival is FREE and open to everyone and anyone so hope to see you all there.
14+ (under 16's must be accompanied by an adult)
