Bristol Refugee Festival
Jacari, Bristol Refugee Festival and Refugee Women of Bristol are proud to present the launch of the Bristol Refugee Festival 2019!
This community event is free to access and open to all ages and communities. We will be presenting an exhibition of creative work on the theme of families and migration, created by young people living in Bristol in the local community.
There will be family-friendly creative activities to drop into from 3.30pm, including drawing, printing, face-painting, slime-making and more!
From 5.30 there will be a cultural dress show, delicious food* served by Refugee Women of Bristol, live music provided by LARA and speakers sharing experiences of welcome and inclusion.
Join us in celebrating creativity and the talents of diverse Bristol communities.
*Suggested donation of £5 for food - Refugee/Asylum seekers free
