Unity Street Public Consultation meeting
Summix Capital is currently consulting the local community on their proposals to redevelop 1-3 Unity Street and Kingsown House, Bristol, with a high quality mixed use development including student accommodation, co-living accommodation aimed at young professionals wishing to live in the city centre, as well as commercial, co-working and workshop space.
This public exhibition is being held in the Graffiti Room at the Trinity Centre, Trinity Road, BS2 0NW, on Wednesday 30th January between 15:00-19:00.
The public exhibition will give local residents and stakeholders an opportunity to view the proposals in more detail, including technical plans and imagery of the initial designs, and allow them to ask the project team any questions that they might have at this stage. The exhibition event will also enable local residents to provide their feedback on the plans so far, which will be reviewed by the project team and, where possible, incorporated in to the scheme prior to a planning application being submitted to Bristol City Council in the coming months.
Should you not be able to attend the event, you can find out more information on the proposals from the dedicated project website here www.unitystreet-consultation.co.uk. You can also call the team using the freephone number available on 0800 148 8911, or email us on info@unitystreet-consultation.co.uk.
