Workshop: Devised & Solo Theatre
Discover how writer/performer Joe Sellman-Leava (Labels, Monster, How to Start a Riot) draws on memory and autobiography in both his own solo work as well as for devised shows. This workshop will explore various phases of developing work that utilises real events, and/or autobiography including research, writing, structure, experimentation, redrafting and finding your audience. Suitable for people interested in making devised or solo work. Participants don’t need to prepare anything, but are advised to come with an idea for a show they are either making or would like to make.
Presented by Wardrobe Theatre in partnership with Trinity as part of an artist development programme to create more opportunities for local theatre-makers.
Tickets are sold by Tobacco Factory Theatres.
