Dress code: wear whatever you like but fancy dress is encouraged.

Prance is not-for-profit and volunteer-run, and ask for a donation of £5, £7 or £10 (self-determined, based on your means) to help keep the community running.

Join for a fantastic evening of energetic folk music and dancing, with one of Bristol's best ceilidh bands- The Brewery Band.

This month Caper Ceilidh is fundraising for Westbury Wildlife Park Foundation, who run an amazing nature reserve and community space in a wooded valley nestled at the heart of Westbury-on-Trym.

Fancy dress is optional, however there will be a prize for best 'Glow Up' outfit!

The last time you heard The Big Moon was welcoming the release of their dazzling second album, Walking Like We Do, back in January 2020, when life was very different. That was a coming of age record, with bold songs for Saturday nights and sad songs for Sunday mornings. So much has changed and continues to change. And in this world of constant change, we yearn for something familiar. Thankfully, we can continue to rely on the unique, jubilant, unassailable bond that sews this brilliant London band together.

Creative Communities is a unique programme that offers weekly arts groups and events for adults affected by drugs and/or alcohol. We are based at Bristol Drugs Project, a charity that has provided harm reduction and treatment services for individuals seeking support with their relationship with drugs and alcohol since 1985. Bristol Drugs Project is part of Horizons – Bristol’s Drug & Alcohol Partnership.

We know that a lot of people come to these events on their own, so this time Sober Circle will be hosting a relaxed space for anyone who wants to connect with others in the sober community.

It will also be a craft area, info from Fightklub (workout classes to live DNB DJs), market stalls and food trucks.

B‍ristol Sober Spaces events are for everyone and anyone who wants to come to the event, you don't have to sober 24/7, just for this event. They are about focussing on the music and normalising sober night life.

FRUITEA is an OTA Kiki function where members of the community walk and battle for Grand prizes. OTA stands for “open to all” meaning anyone can walk any category regardless of gender identity or expression, and none of our categories have an effect.

People will walk and get 10s from our judges before battling it out for the Grand Prize. Categories include Face, Vogue Femme, Runway, Old Way, Sex Siren, Best Outfit and more.

If you're planning on walking, do your research on the different categories beforehand. If you're coming to spectate and have fun, then bring your energy and vibe and get ready to be blown away!

Please keep an awareness that this is a priority space for queer and trans/gender non-confirming Black and people of colour - respect the floor and the walkers.

Because Saves The Day is also a byword for the entire emo sound, on which the band’s remarkable influence has few equals. 
Fronted today, just as they were when they first exploded as starry eyed teenagers, by the inimitable Chris Conley, the songs born of the frontman’s open-book emotional vulnerability have soundtracked a million lives the world over.

An immersive light and sound experience in a repurposed Victorian swimming baths.

Celebrated as one of the world’s most pioneering light, sound, and tech-based artists, Squidsoup bring their newest immersive installation to Bristol, where it will light up the iconic Pump Room at Jacobs Wells Baths.

For one weekend only, this revitalised heritage landmark plays host to an evolving light and sound experience designed for small groups and personal encounters.

This is one of a handful of events taking place at the site during its extensive restoration, ahead of a major reopening in 2029 as one of the South West’s most radical cultural spaces and a centre of citizen-powered arts for the region.

Sited in The Pump Room, the original beating heart of the baths where furnace boilers heated natural spring waters, this is an audience-led, drop-in experience designed for small groups to move through the space over time, inviting a personal and reflective encounter with the artwork and the building.

Curated by Trinity Community Arts as part of it’s ‘Art of the Possible series’ at Jacobs Wells Baths, this event is proudly presented as part of Bristol Harbour Festival’s Fringe programme.
