Policies Overview

Code of Conduct - creating a safe, inclusive space in which all visitors, staff and volunteers treat each other with respect and dignity.

Equality, Diversity & Inclusion - promoting diversity, equality of opportunity and inclusion within all areas of our organisation and activity.

Trans Inclusion - providing a supportive, safe environment where trans and gender non-conforming people are able to thrive.

Free Speech - ensuring freedom of expression and intellectual freedom remains core to our mission and that this is fully reflected across our programme.

Anti-Harassment - providing a safe environment for all our stakeholders and representatives that is comfortable and free from all forms of harassment.

Complaints - our commitment to responding to feedback in order to improve our services and prevent future issues.

Recruitment - our commitment to consistent, fair, accessible recruitment processes and practices.

Volunteers - we are dedicated to treating volunteers fairly supporting them on their journey.

Membership - Trinity is a Membership organisation and we want to ensure the people who care have a say and stake in what we do.

Privacy - policies covering confidentiality and GDPR, including our ICT and Data Protection policies that outline the ways we store information and how long we keep it for.

Other policies include:

  • For Visitors - policies relating to visitors, hirers and users of the Centre, covering areas including Bookings, Safeguarding, Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, Environmental and Parking.
  • For Trustees - Policies relating to Trustees and good governance including Conflicts of Interest,  Risk Management, Ethical, Finance and Reserves.
  • For Staff - policies relating to employees covering areas including; Appraisals; Grievance; Disciplinary; Flexible Working; Expenses; Children in Workplace; Leave; Pay.

Trinity Community Arts Ltd is a registered charity (no.1144770) and Limited Company (no.4372577). Trinity Community Enterprises (TCE) is a Limited Company (no.7848421) and is a wholly owned subsidiary trading on behalf of the charity. Trinity is VAT registered (no.123388420). Further information about our charity's purpose can be found in our Memorandum & Articles of Association. The Board of Trustees are responsible for regular monitoring to ensure Trinity Policies are upheld, with day to day responsibility delegated to the CEO, unless otherwise stated, and periodically review all policies. Trinity reserve the right to amend or remove policies at any point. Exception to any part of Trinity Policies cannot be made without the approval by the Board of Trustees.
